The 32nd Shenzhen International Toy and Education Fair will be held for the first time in Shenzhen at the Shenzhen World Convention and Exhibition Center on March 6-8.
Two other exhibitions, the 11th Shenzhen International Trolley and Baby Products Exhibition and the 2020 Shenzhen International Brand Licensing Exhibition and Derivatives Exhibition, will be held simultaneously.
The toy and education fair has been held in Guangzhou 31 times. The decision to have Shenzhen host the fair was mainly made due to the convenience for traffic and the advanced facilities and auxiliary services possessed by the venue, according to Wen Ting, senior general manager with Messefrankfurt (HK) Ltd., the organizer of the exhibition.
So far the organizer has booked out 5,000 exhibition booths. The exhibition area will cover 160,000 square meters, a 36 percent increase over the previous year.
Between January and October, China’s toy exports reached 180 billion yuan (US$25 billion), an increase of 32.2 percent year on year, according to Li Zuoming, head of the Guangdong Toy Association.
